How do I register?

Click on the 'Register' link at the top of any page and fill in the online form. Once you are registered you will have access to the online and downloadable PDA versions of Expert Protocols.

How do I view the protocols online?

Click on the 'Expert Protocols' button in the left-hand menu. You will be prompted to login, and will then be taken to the main protocols page. If you have not registered, you will find a link on the login page that will take you to the registration page.

On the 'Expert Protocols' page, you will see a list of available modules, with a brief introduction and a list of the topics covered by each one. Clicking on either the text link 'online protocol' or the button 'Online Version' for the appropriate module will take you, via a disclaimer page, to the first screen of the protocol.

How do I download a protocol to my Windows Mobile PDA?

Make sure your Windows Mobile-based device is connected to your desktop computer with the sync cable.

Click on the 'Expert Protocols' button in the left hand menu of the web site. You will be prompted to login, and then will be taken to the main protocols page. If you have not registered, you will find a link on the login page that will take you to the registration page.

On the 'Expert Protocols' page, you will see a list of available modules, with a brief introduction and a list of the topics covered by each one.

Click on either the text link 'download protocol to PDA' or the button 'Download to PDA' for the appropriate module.

A dialogue box will open, asking if you want to Open (Run) or Save the installer application. Save the application on your PC.

When you then open the application, the installation will begin. Follow the instructions on screen. If you are running a pre-2003 version of Windows Mobile, you will need to install the .NET compact framework. This can be downloaded from the Microsoft® website. To find out which version you are running click Start>Settings>System>About.

When installation is complete, check your PDA to see if any further actions are required.
