Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. Use of this Product is subject to these terms and conditions. By using this Product you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which form a binding contract between you and Current Medicine Group Limited (“CMG”).
  2. THIS PRODUCT AND ITS CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS". CMG MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT OR ITS CONTENTS, ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE RELATING TO THIS PRODUCT AND/OR ITS CONTENT ARE HEREBY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW EXCLUDED. NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ARE GIVEN AS TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THIS PRODUCT.
  3. The copyright in the material contained in this Product (“the Licensed Material”) belongs to CMG or its licensors. The trademarks appearing on this Product are protected by the laws of England and international trademark laws. Reproduction of material contained on this Product is prohibited unless express permission is given by CMG.
  4. Save as expressly set out herein no license is granted in respect of any intellectual property rights vested in CMG or other third parties.
  5. Although every effort has been made to ensure the drug doses, treatments and other information are presented accurately in this Product the ultimate responsibility rests with the prescribing physician. Neither CMG not its licensors can be held responsible for errors or consequences arising from the use of information contained in this Product. Products mentioned in this Product should be used in accordance with the prescribing information prepared by the manufacturers. No claims or endorsements are made for any drug or compound presently under investigation.
  6. In no event shall CMG or its employees, agents, suppliers, or contractors be liable for any damages of any nature, including without limitation any consequential loss, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, claims of third parties, or any other loss, cost, claim or expense of any kind or character arising out of or in connection with the use of this Product or its content. This exclusion and limitation only applies to the extent permitted by law and does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of CMG, its employees, agents, suppliers or contractors.
  7. You shall not and shall not authorize any person on your behalf to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, create a derivative work, modify, display, time share or otherwise use the Licensed Material except as stated in this Agreement.
  8. Under no circumstances shall you copy, duplicate, print copies or distribute the Licensed Material to any third party.
  9. Under no circumstances shall you and/or whomever on your behalf destroy or remove any proprietary markings of CMG or its licensors from the Licensed Material.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
